The Easter Egg Hunt and Bunny Bash is Montevallo’s city-hosted spring celebration — a morning of family fun at Orr Park that brings the community together for Easter weekend.
What’s at the Bash
The event packs a full morning of activities into one of Montevallo’s most beautiful parks:
- Easter egg hunts — organized by age group for fairness and fun
- Carnival games — classic midway-style activities for kids
- Color run — a lively, colorful dash that has become a crowd favorite
- Vendors — local and seasonal vendors on-site
- Family activities — something for every age throughout the morning
Admission is free.
The Setting
Orr Park is an ideal backdrop for a spring celebration. With Shoal Creek running through the grounds, Tim Tingle’s carved tree sculptures peering from the undergrowth, and the Pecan Grove providing open space for activities, the park comes alive for family events in a way few venues can match.
